What it will actually run

1,024 Wh is about a day of continuous Starlink Mini, a full day of a 12 V camp fridge, four or five laptop charges, and effectively unlimited phone, headlamp and satellite messenger charging. Run a domestic refrigerator on it during an outage and you get most of a day. Those are planning estimates — the appliance in front of you decides the real figure.

Two things set this model apart from cheaper stations of the same size. The first is 1,000 W of solar input across two ports, which is unusually high for a 1 kWh station and means a pair of folding panels can refill it inside an afternoon. The second is the extra battery port: it doubles capacity with a Smart Extra Battery, and it is also how an EcoFlow alternator charger or smart generator connects, so a vehicle can refill the station far faster than a 12 V socket ever will.

Around a day of continuous use. A Starlink Mini draws roughly 25–40 W and the DELTA 3 Plus holds 1,024 Wh, so you get somewhere near 24 hours before it needs recharging — and indefinitely if you pair it with a 110 W or larger folding panel.

Yes. The DELTA 3 Plus has a dedicated extra battery port, so you can double its capacity with an EcoFlow Smart Extra Battery without replacing the station. The same port takes an alternator charger or a smart generator, which is why this model suits van and RV builds.

For most of them, yes. A drip coffee maker draws 700–1,200 W and a compact microwave 700–1,000 W, both comfortably inside the 1,800 W continuous rating, with 3,600 W of surge headroom for the moment a motor or compressor starts. A full-size microwave or an induction hob at full power will need a larger station.

Up to 1,000 W across two inputs, 500 W each, in an 11–60 V window. That is a lot for this size of station — two 400 W folding panels will refill it in a few hours of good sun, and even a single 220 W panel makes more in a day than most people use.

EcoFlow rates the LFP cells at 4,000 full cycles to 80% of original capacity. Cycled once a week that is well over a decade; even daily cycling puts you past ten years before you would notice the difference.

No. At 1,024 Wh it is roughly ten times the 100 Wh carry-on limit for lithium batteries, and airlines will not accept it in checked baggage either. Ship it ahead, or take a power bank of 100 Wh or less for the flight.
