Product Description

The DELTA 3 Ultra is EcoFlow's big mid-range station: 3,072 Wh and 3,600 W of continuous AC output (7,200 W surge), in a case that still travels rather than a fixture you build a room around. It runs a full-size fridge for close to two days, keeps a Starlink kit going for well over a day, and has enough headroom for power tools or a space heater. It won't replace a whole-home transfer switch, but for a garage, cabin or serious outage kit, it's plenty.

What it will actually run

  • A full-size fridge — roughly a day and a half to two days on a full charge
  • A Starlink Standard kit — well over a day of continuous use at 75–100 W
  • Power tools, a microwave or a space heater — within the 3,600 W continuous rating
  • Laptops, phones and cameras — dozens of charges from one top-up

Who buys this one

This is for people who've outgrown a small camping battery but aren't ready to hardwire a whole-home system: garages, cabins, overlanding rigs and outage kits where real appliances need to run, not just electronics. At 72 lb it's a two-hand lift, not something a solo backpacker carries in.

Charging it back up

It charges from a wall outlet at 100-120V~15A, or from solar at up to 800 W, which is fast enough to take it from empty to full in a few hours of good sun rather than a full day. There's no built-in fast DC charging from a car alternator listed for this model, so plan around wall or solar power for the bulk of your recharging.

Where people use it

Common questions about this product

Comfortably for most of a day or two. A full-size fridge uses roughly 1–2 kWh over 24 hours; with 3,072 Wh on board, this station covers anywhere from a day and a half to three days depending on how efficient the fridge is.

No. At 3,072 Wh it's more than thirty times the 100 Wh airline limit for carry-on or checked batteries. It ships by ground or freight, not in luggage, so factor that into travel plans if you're flying somewhere and need power on arrival.

Its solar input is rated up to 800 W through EcoFlow's own connectors. Whether a third-party panel matches depends on its plug type and voltage — call us at (619) 238-0205 and we'll confirm compatibility before you buy anything or head out with it.

It uses LFP (LiFePO₄) cells, which EcoFlow backs with a 5-year warranty — 3 years standard plus 2 years extended once you register the unit in the app. We don't have an exact cycle-count figure to quote, but that warranty length reflects real confidence in the chemistry.

Yes. A Starlink Standard kit draws roughly 75–100 W, so a full charge here runs it for well over a day of continuous use. A Starlink Mini, at 25–40 W, stretches out to several days on a single charge instead.

Not to use it as a portable station — plug loads directly into its AC outlets, no wiring required. If you want to wire it into a breaker panel through a transfer switch for whole-home backup, that installation does need a licensed electrician.
