Skip the inverter for the Mini
The Mini accepts USB-C PD, so a bank like the PeakDo LinkPower or a station’s USB-C port runs it directly with less loss and less noise than going through AC.
Go indefinite with solar
A 110–220 W folding panel makes more than the Mini uses in decent sun, so the station charges while Starlink runs. For the Standard kit step up to 220–400 W.

Yes. The Mini accepts USB-C Power Delivery, so a bank rated 100 W PD with a USB-C to barrel cable runs it, and purpose-built banks such as the PeakDo LinkPower mount directly to the dish. A 100 Wh bank gives roughly 3 hours; a 768 Wh station gives close to 20.

DC or USB-C when you can. Going through the station’s inverter costs 10–15% plus the inverter’s idle draw. The Mini runs happily on USB-C PD; the Standard kit needs its AC power supply unless you add a DC conversion kit.
