Not really. At 10.4 lb for the station alone it is a car-camping and basecamp tool. For hiking you want a power bank under 100 Wh — light, and legal in carry-on luggage.

Yes, for around a day and a half on the full 572 Wh, and longer over USB-C than through the AC outlets because you skip the inverter. Add a 220 W panel and you can keep it online indefinitely in decent sun.

Empty to full in about an hour. That matters more than it sounds — it means you can top up over lunch on a road trip rather than planning an overnight charge.

If you are needing a satellite phone more than 6 weeks out of a year we always suggest purchasing. This will save you money in the long run. If you are just doing a short camping, hiking and hunting, etc. We recommend renting the satellite phone.
