EcoFlow rates RIVER 2 Max to power up to 80% of essential appliances — the basics like lights, phones, routers and small electronics rather than heavy-duty loads.
Home backup or camping
A grab-and-go design suits outdoor use, and a 30ms switch-over mode delivers backup power to essential appliances automatically if the grid drops.
Who buys this one
Good for anyone who wants a light, quick-charging unit for camping or basic emergency backup. If you need to run heavy-duty appliances or want higher output, look at RIVER 2 Pro or DELTA Pro instead — RIVER 2 Max's AC wattage isn't specified for high-load use.
