Product Description
Inmarsat BGAN M2M airtime for always on machine to machine connectivity, built for remote assets that need to report in reliably year after year.
M2M service is built for equipment rather than people, keeping a low cost link open so a remote asset can report in on a schedule. Typical installations include pipeline monitoring, tank gauging, environmental sensors and backup links at unmanned sites. Longer commitments lower the monthly rate, which matters when a site stays in place for years. This plan includes 2 text messages and 2 MB of data every month. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed at $0.49 per additional text and $25.99 per additional megabyte, so there is no hard cut off in the middle of a job. The service runs on a 36 month term, billed each month. Coverage on this plan is global. A one time activation fee of $50.00 applies when the line is set up. Activation is handled by our team in San Diego, and we can have the line live before your equipment ships.
