Iridium pager airtime for one way satellite messaging to a rugged pager that keeps working far outside cellular range.
The pager receives messages sent from a web page or by email, which makes it useful for on call rosters that reach staff working well beyond cellular coverage. Battery life is measured in weeks rather than hours, and the device is designed to survive being carried on a belt through rough work. Because paging is one way, the running cost stays low compared with a full voice plan. The service runs on a 12 month term, billed each month. Coverage on this plan is global. A one time activation fee of $50.00 applies when the line is set up. Activation is handled by our team in San Diego, and we can have the line live before your equipment ships.
