Do I need to rent or purchase a satellite phone?
If you are needing a satellite phone more than 6 weeks out of a year we always suggest purchasing. This will save you money in the long run. If you are just doing a short camping, hiking and hunting, etc. We recommend renting the satellite phone.

If you are planning on going on a trip where cell service is not available or if you want to be prepared for the next natural disaster. Satellite phones work when nothing else does.
