Inmarsat IsatPhone airtime for satellite voice and text, carried on Inmarsat's geostationary satellites with a strong, steady signal across most of the globe.
IsatPhone handsets are known for long battery life and clear voice quality, and they hold a signal well once they have a view of the sky. Coverage spans most of the inhabited world through a small number of large geostationary satellites, with the far polar regions the exception. The service is a common choice for overland travel, remote worksites and backup communications for organizations that need a second way to make a call. This plan includes 76 voice minutes every billing cycle. Additional usage beyond the allowance is quoted separately, so ask us before you go over if the month is running long. The plan is prepaid and stays valid for 3 months from activation, with no monthly invoice to manage. Coverage on this plan is global. A one time activation fee of $50.00 applies when the line is set up. Activation is handled by our team in San Diego, and we can have the line live before your equipment ships.
