Inmarsat IsatPhone airtime for satellite voice and text, carried on Inmarsat's geostationary satellites with a strong, steady signal across most of the globe.
IsatPhone handsets are known for long battery life and clear voice quality, and they hold a signal well once they have a view of the sky. Coverage spans most of the inhabited world through a small number of large geostationary satellites, with the far polar regions the exception. The service is a common choice for overland travel, remote worksites and backup communications for organizations that need a second way to make a call. This plan includes 40 voice minutes every month. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed at $1.79 per additional minute and $0.99 per additional text, so there is no hard cut off in the middle of a job. The service runs on a 12 month term, billed each month. Coverage on this plan is global. A one time activation fee of $50.00 applies when the line is set up. Activation is handled by our team in San Diego, and we can have the line live before your equipment ships.
