EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter + 3* Battery
Product Description
One DELTA Pro Ultra inverter with three 6kWh batteries, for 18kWh stored. The inverter itself is unchanged from the smaller bundles — still 7.2kW continuous, 10.8kW briefly at peak — so the third battery buys time, not power. Against the 2-battery bundle, that's roughly 50 extra minutes of runtime at full draw, and about an hour longer to refill from solar.

What the third battery is worth
Every DELTA Pro Ultra battery adds the same fixed amount: 6kWh divided by the inverter's 7.2kW ceiling works out to about 50 minutes of extra runtime at full draw, whatever number battery it is. So the jump from 2 batteries to 3 buys about 50 more minutes at 7.2kW — 2.5 hours total versus 1 hour 40 minutes. It's linear, not diminishing, but the ceiling itself never rises: 18kWh still can't push past 7.2kW continuous. Refilling from solar follows the same arithmetic — at the inverter's 5.6kW input, 18kWh takes a little over 3 hours from empty in full sun, about an hour more than the 12kWh bundle.
Who this suits
Three batteries make sense if a short outage isn't the concern — you want a working margin through a longer one, or you're running a mix of loads where 2.5 hours at full draw (and much longer at a partial load) covers what actually matters to you. It's still a manual-switchover power bank on its own; a Smart Home Panel 2 is what adds automatic, circuit-level backup, and it isn't part of this bundle. If the real requirement is more than 7.2kW running at once, no battery count changes that — that calls for a second inverter.
Common questions about this product
About 50 minutes at the inverter's full 7.2kW output, since each 6kWh battery is worth roughly the same increment. Total runtime at full draw goes from about 1 hour 40 minutes with 2 batteries to about 2.5 hours with 3.
No. Output is set by the inverter, not the batteries: 7.2kW continuous, 10.8kW briefly at peak, the same as with one battery or five. More batteries only extend how long you can hold that output.
Not on its own. This bundle doesn't include a Smart Home Panel 2, which is what provides automatic, circuit-level switchover. Without it, you're manually connecting loads to the inverter.
At the inverter's 5.6kW solar input, roughly 3 hours from empty in full sun. Real-world sun conditions will stretch that out.
Yes. The batteries are stackable, and the system is built to scale from 6kWh up to 90kWh, so a fourth or fifth battery can be added to this same inverter.
Solar, the grid, or EV charging piles, per EcoFlow's specs for the DELTA Pro Ultra battery.
