Iridium's second-generation satellite phone, the 9505A, offers proven reliability and industrial-grade design for industrial and rugged outdoor conditions for use throughout the globe by the most demanding customers. Iridium communications have discontinued this product and replaced by the Iridium 9575 Extreme which is also TA complaint. A rugged and reliable performer, the Motorola Iridium 9505A satellite phone is small enough to carry in a backpack, very simple to use, and is connected to the only truly global mobile communications network. The motorola 9505A satellite phone features a solid as-molded design with a hardened keypad, rubber grip, and removable articulating antenna for use in the toughest environments.
The quick access interface with menu-driven commands and graphical display offers straightforward usability. Set-up is fast and easy with 21 language choices for menu prompts and + key international access for simplified dialing with the addition of country code and number.
The Iridium 9505a Satellite Phone is perfect for those who find themselves “off the grid” and need to stay connected anywhere in the world with the Iridium Network.
