It takes less than a second to acquire the correct satellite using the advanced Tracking Receiver technology built into the SAILOR 100 GX terminal.  This means you can reliably and quickly acquire a satellite at start-up.  You can also quickly RE-acquire your signal is temporarily interrupted by environmental conditions.

Quick & Easy Deployment

The compact and light SAILOR 100 GX uses a single cable to connect the antenna to the equipment below deck.  His single cable carries connectivity for RF, power, and data.  It includes advanced features that decrease installation time, like the Automatic Azimuth Calibration (home flag) and Automatic Cable Calibration.  The truly unique finishing touch is One Touch Commissioning which allows you to easily install and redeploy your vessel in a matter of hours.

Remote Management & Diagnostics

System integrators love the SAILOR 100 GX because of the incredible support available from Cobham SATCOM’s global network of Onboard Service Centers, which includes a host features to allow remote access and diagnostics, including periodic statistics logging, SNMP traps, and Syslog functionality.


Cobham’s SAILOR 100 GX comes standard with the original SAILOR GX Modem Unit (GMU).  This works directly with SAILOR 250 & 500 Fleetbroadband.  The GX system is tested to provide reliable service over a long lifespan by withstanding the highest maritime shock and vibration requirements, IEC EN 60721.
